Florida Retail Scholarships Inc. was founded in 2021 with the charitable purpose of helping college level students succeed with their career choices.

Florida Retail Scholarships' Board of Directors is primarily made up of Retail Real Estate Landlords, Developers, and Brokers. Our primary objective is to help students in need with a little extra spending money to get through the semester.

Alexander Evans is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with over 17 years of experience in retail leasing, sales, and asset management.
As Managing Director and Market Leader for Colliers in Orlando, he leads broker recruitment and performance across all asset classes, while driving strategic growth and profitability for the region.
A graduate of the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business with a BBA in Real Estate, Alexander brings a finance-forward approach to real estate leadership.
He is a licensed real estate broker, former co-chair of ULI's Retail Development Council in Florida, and currently serves on the boards of NAIOP Central Florida and several nonprofit organizations. He is also the co-founder and president of The Greatest Commandment Inc.
Alexander is passionate about faith, family, mentoring, and building high-performing teams that make a lasting impact in the communities they serve.
